These Terms of Use describe the scope of the Veya service, how paid access works, and the basic legal rules that apply when you use the app.
1. Service scope
Veya is an AI chat application built around selectable personalities and generated replies. The service is designed for conversational use and entertainment-oriented personal use, not for critical dependency or guaranteed factual correctness.
2. No professional or emergency advice
Veya is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental health, crisis, or emergency services. If you need professional or emergency help, do not rely on generated replies as a replacement for qualified assistance.
3. License and Apple platform terms
The app is licensed, not sold, to you. Use of the iOS application remains subject to Apple platform rules, App Store terms, and the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
4. Paid access, subscriptions, and restores
Paid access may include time-limited passes and auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, plan structure, availability, and soft fair-use rules may change over time. Billing, renewals, restores, and refund handling are also governed by Apple systems and policies.
5. Your content, generated replies, and responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit, for ensuring you have the right to use that content, and for deciding whether to rely on, send, publish, or otherwise act on any generated reply. Generated content may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation.
6. Acceptable use restrictions
You may not use Veya for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, fraud, impersonation, rights violations, attempts to break or reverse the service, attempts to bypass payment or access restrictions, or any use that would reasonably create safety, legal, or infrastructure risk.
7. Availability, suspension, disclaimers, and contact
We may change, pause, limit, or suspend the service where reasonably necessary for operations, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or billing enforcement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veya is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.
